Owner and Head designer Shera Rowley is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. With a love and a passion for Fashion, Shera studied Fashion design with emphasis in Bridal design.  Now 10 years later she has opened SC Bridal in Downtown Nampa.
